Who we are

GrowMyBiz is operated by [[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]], [[BUSINESS ADDRESS]]. These terms cover the use of growmybiz.us and the NFC review cards, stands, plaques and stickers we supply.

This site doesn't sell anything

You can't buy from this website. It exists so you can tell us about your business; anything you order is agreed with us directly, and the price, delivery and payment terms of that order are whatever we agree at the time.

What the product does

We program each card with a link to your review page before handing it over. When a customer holds a phone to the card, that link opens.

The card holds a fixed link. If you move, rebrand, or want it pointed somewhere else, contact us and we'll reprogram it. It isn't something you can currently change yourself.

A QR code printed on the product by its manufacturer is not ours and is not connected to your review page.

Your responsibilities

You must own or be authorised to represent the business the card points at.

You must not use the card to solicit reviews in a way that breaks the rules of the platform being reviewed. In particular, Google prohibits offering incentives for reviews and prohibits review gating, meaning filtering customers so that only the happy ones are asked. We do not provide gating, and using our product to attempt it is a breach of these terms.

Limits of liability

We do not guarantee any number of reviews, any rating, or any business outcome. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us.
